The Good Samaritan detected a bag with a number of newborn puppies. Someone appeared to know that babies were in need of warmth, but did it wrong.
Sadly, the two pups are newborns, which means they need instant assistance as they are unable to look after themselves. So, the Good Samaritan carried them home in order to look after them
